Delete your data

You can erase everything we hold about you in about five seconds, without emailing anyone or waiting for us to action a request.

In WhatsApp

1. Open your chat with MacroFriend and send: delete my data
2. You will be asked to confirm, so it cannot happen by accident.
3. Tap Delete it all.

That immediately and permanently removes your profile, your targets, every meal you have logged, your remembered foods and your message history. It is not a soft delete and there is no recovery — if you want a copy first, email us before you do it.

If you just want the check-ins to stop

Send stop instead. That ends all proactive messages while leaving your data alone, and you can send start to turn them back on.

By email

If you have lost access to the phone number you signed up with, email dino@spacecadet.site from any address and tell us the number. We will verify you own it and delete the data within 30 days, as the GDPR requires.
